An event every week that begins at 5:45 am on Wednesday, repeating until January 29, 2020

Participants will experience a total body strength and conditioning workout incorporating all of the major muscle groups. We will incorporate body-weight exercises as well as a variety of equipment leaving you feeling balanced and accomplished. Nothing is off limits in this class!
