  • Please note we have added Friday morning clinics to better accommodate family’s schedules.
  • Vaccines are available to those who are VFC eligible.
  • Walk-ins are welcome. (May be subject to longer wait times without appointment)
  • Medicaid clients – please bring your current card.
  • Please consider giving a $10.00 donation per immunization to help defray costs.
  • No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
  • We require written consent of a parent.
  • Please bring previous record of immunizations.
